is to support the rise of women stepping into their full potential and innate wisdom. We believe health is an ongoing and participatory process—one that brings healing to ourselves, to one another, and to the planet.

Aging with health and vitality is at the heart of our work. We see true wellness as the cultivation of balance in every aspect of life.

Drawing on our education and experience, we weave together the wisdom traditions of yoga and Ayurveda with insights from modern science. From this foundation, we offer workshops, cleanses, classes, and retreats designed to support women in every season of life.

Why Yoga ?

Yoga is an ancient wisdom tradition that has been passed from teacher to student for thousands of years. The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit root yuj, meaning to join, unite, or connect.

At its essence, yoga is about creating harmony between body, mind, and spirit. Through practice we begin to feel more connected—to ourselves, to others, and to the natural world.

Yoga supports all aspects of our being—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual—helping us cultivate balance, resilience, and a deeper sense of ease in our lives.

Why Ayurveda ?

At its core, Ayurveda focuses on prevention. Health arises when we live in harmony with the rhythms of nature.

One of the most powerful ways to restore this balance is through dinacharya, the daily rituals that support our body’s natural rhythms. These simple practices of self-care form the foundation of lasting health and vitality.

When combined with the practices of yoga, Ayurveda offers a powerful path for living with greater balance and well-being.

Sue & Chris are the dynamic duo, who love creating programs for women who are interested in aging well and living a full and vibrant life.

We love teaching people how to use Yoga and Ayurveda as powerful self care tools because we believe it is our everyday practices and choices that create our health, vitality, and longevity.
